Project design and management

In order to be implemented, ideas must, in organized contexts, take the form of projects. For over 25 years I have been involved in giving design form to contents, helping the transformation of ideas and solutions into structured, effective and measurable paths.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Facilitation

Since 2016 I have obtained the certification for the design and conduction of workshops with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. I apply this methodology in learning and counseling contexts. I have also studied other facilitation techniques, for workshops in person and online.

Learning and development

I got a professional education and a pluriannual experience in training and learning methods for organisations. I'm a trainer in softskills, project desing and management, fundraising.

Fundraising

I got a 25 years experience in analysis and management of funding oppurtinites, expecially about European Union funds, italian national and regional public funds.
